Lindsey and Jill's kitchen fame

Phoenix Theatre's Lindsey Cornwell and Jill Smith were delighted to record a radio advert for Kitchens Direct this week.

The campaign, organised through STV Advertising, sees our two glamorous ladies chat away about kitchens in a delightfully authentic Doric manner. Listen out for it across the North East's local radio stations.

Willy Wonka and the Pap Snappers

Phoenix Theatre Oompa Loompas mingling at Nexen BBQ

Phoenix Theatre were delighted to attend a company BBQ for Nexen, with our Willy Wonka and Oompa Loompas running amok, much to the amusement of everyone in attendence.

The event took place at Lochinch Farm in Nigg, and our paparazzi were also on hand, snapping away, adding to the frivolity throughout the day.

Moulin Rouge at Skibo Castle

Phoenix Theatre were delighted to be back at Skibo Castle once again - this time as part of a 'Moulin Rouge' themed extravagant birthday party.

Our dancers performed a number of songs, including "Roxanne", "Nature Boy" and "Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend". We also provided other performers to mingle and interact with the guests throughout the evening's festivities.

A 'mad' Taste of Grampian

Phoenix Theatre’s Mad Hatter at the Taste of Grampian

Phoenix Theatre's own 'Mad Hatter', Aneeka, was on hand at the annual Taste of Grampian event to help publicise Banchory Lodge's afternoon teas.

She had a great time and a very merry unbirthday, indeed!

Bond at the Beach Ballroom

Phoenix Theatre’s Ian as one of our James Bond dancers at Aberdeen Beach Ballroom

Phoenix Theatre provided a touch of glamour at the Beach Ballroom for Aberdeen City Council's Common Good Fund's evening for the deaf and blind.

Our performers welcomed guests and got proceedings underway with our 'James Bond' routine. Following the meal, they had a wonderful time, dancing the night away.

Another incredible Bling Fling for Phoenix

Phoenix Theatre were thrilled to once again help out at this year's Bling Fling Charity Walk at Duthie Park.

Our very own Calum Stewart was on MC duties before the walk, providing updates and his own unique style of banter. Later on, the walkers were treated to entertainment in the Winter Gardens, with Phoenix performing both our 'James Bond' and 'Rio Carnival' routines.

From selling raffle tickets to tidying up at the end of the night, our happy helpers had a fantastic day with the girls.
