Happy Halloween wedding for Fiona and Keith

The wedding of Phoenix Theatre performers Keith and Fiona Elliott

Congratulations and best wishes to Phoenix stalwarts Fiona Milne and Keith Elliott, who celebrated Halloween by becoming the new Mr and Mrs Elliott.

The happy couple met through Phoenix and it was love at first sight when Fiona - who has been a part of the company for over 15 years - first laid eyes on Keith when he turned up to help at Phoenix Youth's 'Annie' in 2010.

Their wedding was a beautiful affair and all of the guests had a fantastic time celebrating the occasion. Everyone in Phoenix Theatre and Phoenix Youth Theatre wishes Fiona and Keith health, wealth and happiness going forward.

Michael leaves for Trinity Laban

Phoenix Theatre and Phoenix Youth Theatre star actor Michael Lewis

Phoenix Youth Theatre would like to wish Michael Lewis the best of luck as he heads down to London to start the next stage of his theatrical training at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

Michael has been one of Phoenix Youth's stars for the past few years, landing lead roles in shows including 'Billy', 'The Pajama Game' and 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying'. He also went on to play Rapunzel's Prince in Phoenix Theatre's production of 'Into The Woods'

He has been a joy to work with every step of the way and we couldn't be more proud of him!

Our very own Disney princesses

Phoenix Youth Theatre are delighted to partner up with Codona's Amusement Park in Aberdeen to provide a little Disney magic for the Summer season.

A number of our talented young stars will be on hand to meet and greet the youngsters of the North East each weekend as a selection of Disney princesses. Pictured here are our first pair - Serena Masson and Charlotte Reid as Frozen's Elsa and Anna respectively. What other princesses will be flying in? Head down to Codona's to find out!

A Burns Subsea supper

Phoenix Theatre performers at i-tech 7’s Burns supper

Phoenix Theatre were honoured to be asked to host a Burns Supper at Drum Castle for clients of i-tech 7, a division of Subsea 7.

Throughout the evening, our performers kept spirits high with speeches and songs including "The Selkirk Grace", "The Toast to the Lassies", "To a Mouse" and "Whistle and I'll Come to Ye, My Lad." After dinner, our Musical Director Kevin Haggart continued the entertainment with classical Burns music from the piano and everyone rounded the evening off, in the amazing setting of the Drum Castle Library, with a rousing rendition of "Auld Lang Syne."

Masquerading for Munro's

After welcoming the guests to the venue, our dancers were the belles of the ball, performing their popular Masquerade routine to a rapt audience.
